Cancellation Policy
Flight Cancellations by you. If you cancel your flight more than 14 days prior to the booked date, a full refund less 10% admin fee will apply. If you cancel your flight less than 14 days prior to the booked date without reasonable cause, no refund will be issued. Cancellations by us If your flight is cancelled by us for any reason, an alternative date shall be offered. If no suitable date can be agreed upon within a period of 1 year from the original date, a full refund will be issued.
